Oh my, 2020 has commenced with all kinds of troubles from bushfires and floods to now a pandemic! There’s been no better time to set yourself a new goal to work towards and for us setting up community initiatives is in our blood.

With gyms closed, gatherings limited and nightlife cut short why not do something for yourself? perhaps you have now found yourself with a lot more time on your hands or you’re just looking for things to do, either on your own or with your household.

What we do differently

For many in a busy world our health and well-being is often put last while we struggle with the daily grind of work, responsibilities and caring for others. Why?. It can be easy to constantly overlook ourselves while we pursue our careers and community expectations including family duties. But we want to (will) change the way people perceive and prioritise themselves in the world.

Increasing your health and well-being doesn’t have to be hard, tiring, age restrictive or out of reach for people. In fact you can incorporate it into your everyday routine and we aim to show you how.

But I don’t have health and well-being goals

Did you know that a majority of people don’t set themselves a health and well-being goal! Health and well-being goals don’t need to be set to a level where you look like he man or woman, they don’t need to be set to achieve world records or win races. They just need to be set at a standard that benefit you. There are a multitude of studies that showcase the benefits of eating healthier and increasing movement. Just like our bodies are different so are our needs.
