  1. Love the article though I’d like a more direct comparison to beef and different cuts of beef. Clearly a higher marble scored beef (the more delicious kind) is less likely to be good for you but how to leaner cuts of beef more directly compare to chicken? Also keen to know your thoughts on other hi protein low fat red meat like Kangaroo? Whilst Kangaroo might not have been domesticated like chicken, pretty sure its been farmed for longer 🙂
