One Week Challenge: Day Seven

One Week Challenge Day: Seven

Here we are at the end of my One Week Challenge: Day Seven! it’s quite exciting and I can’t believe it has been seven days already. So lets start off my day.

Today was a little bit of a nightmare and I didn’t get to have breakfast as I have been watching Kmart’s online store for their gym equipment and this morning I noticed some came in. So like a bat outta hell I took off to get what I was after. There’s a whole story behind why it took so long but you’re not here for that.

By the time I left Kmart it was lunch and decided to grab some take away and opted for a Large Rippa combo with water instead of soft drink. Who can go past Red Roosters awesome chips!

Lamb dinner

In true VALLONE fashion we had a wonderful herb crumbed Lamb cutlets, mash and veggies. I used the same herd crumb mix as my chicken as it is delish!

No snacks today.

Another beautiful 9.8km bike ride with Tahlia in tow and this time we got to see the eggs in the swans nest. Please note the photo is zoomed in and we did not disturb the swans.

I have to disclose these rides with Tahlia are nothing too fast or tiring, just a casual stroll of around 12km an hr.

No weight training tonight, having a rest and the footy is on. Might even have a glass of wine or scotch.

And we are here, at the end of the One Week Challenge: Day Seven and here comes the drum roll……

Weigh in

When we started we were weighing in at 92.7kgs of pure awesomeness and today, at weigh in we are at 91.1kgs of even more awesomeness. A weight loss of 1.6kgs in seven days!

Wo0t Wo0t! if I keep up my current diet and exercise I will continue to lose the same each week. Also important to note that I don’t drink sugar drinks. Pepsi Max is my go to and mainly water. Water is the main need to lose weight and keep hydrated.

How did you find my One Week Challenge? is it something easy you can follow along with at home? Let us know in the comments section below.
