Welcome to my One Week Challenge: Day Two and as much as I would love to say I had continued my great diet unfortunately I thumbled this morning. But hey, I am human.
My morning started off with a sleep in and Lil Miss 3 ran into bed for cuddles and we played eye-spy until 11:15am! We missed breakfast, although I was planning on making a wonderful healthy omelette it didn’t turn out that way.
So what did I have for brunch/lunch?

I cheated and uber eats some McDonalds. I know right, so much for being healthy, bad dad and all. But who can go past a large quarter pounder meal and a medium cappuccino?
So what about dinner?

I made up for our not so good brunch with a lovely home cooked chicken soup, today was quite cold and I felt like something to warm me up and Lil Miss 3 loves her chicken soup. This is a family favourite of mine, unfortunately I have had to with hold the addition of diced tomatoes as Lil Miss 3 has recently decided she doesn’t like tomatoes.
What exercise did I do for my One Week Challenge: Day Two?

Being a Sunday exercising is a lot easier as we have more time on our hands so Tahlia and I took off for a slow paced 9km bike ride. I complemented my cardio session with my Legs & Thigh routine which can be found on the main menu.
Snacks?
After my bike ride I felt quite hungry so had a ham sandwich with just ham and margarine. I also snuck in a hand full of Thins plain chips……..
