This Roast Pork Tenderloin will become a family favourite and leave you wondering why you haven’t made this before!


  • 2 Pork Tenderloins
  • Paprika
  • Onion Powder
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil


  1. Coat Pork tenderloins in salt and pepper (to taste). Heat a fry pan to medium high heat, add olive oil and sear pork on all sides until browned and remove from fry pan.
  2. Sprinkle onion powder, paprika, oregano onto all sides of the pork tenderloin and then wrap tightly in foil.
  3. Bake in oven at 180°C for 25 minutes, remove from oven and let rest in foil for 10 minutes prior slicing.

For extra flavor I made a simple garlic butter sauce with 60g butter and 2 garlic cloves and served with mashed potato, pumpkin and garlic butter mushrooms. Alternatively the meal goes great with Green Beans, Mash and Corn.
