This Roast Pork Tenderloin will become a family favourite and leave you wondering why you haven’t made this before!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Pork Tenderloins
- Paprika
- Onion Powder
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Coat Pork tenderloins in salt and pepper (to taste). Heat a fry pan to medium high heat, add olive oil and sear pork on all sides until browned and remove from fry pan.
- Sprinkle onion powder, paprika, oregano onto all sides of the pork tenderloin and then wrap tightly in foil.
- Bake in oven at 180°C for 25 minutes, remove from oven and let rest in foil for 10 minutes prior slicing.

For extra flavor I made a simple garlic butter sauce with 60g butter and 2 garlic cloves and served with mashed potato, pumpkin and garlic butter mushrooms. Alternatively the meal goes great with Green Beans, Mash and Corn.
