
Why not impress the family with a lovely pork rib pasta that’s a great addition to any weekly meal.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pork rib rack (can use two if feeding more people)
- 700ml Passata
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 onion, diced
- small bunch of basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar

DIRECTIONS
- Salt and Pepper the pork rack then slice the pork ribs along the bone to separate and prepare ingredients.

2. In saucepan heat on medium heat add olive oil and cook onions until translucent. Add pork ribs and brown stirring frequently to ensure not to burn onions.

3. Reduce hear to low (may need to use a smaller burner) add passata, 1/3 cup water, garlic, sugar and basil and mix to combine.
4. Simmer on low for a minimum of 45 minutes. You may need to add a little water from time to time to ensure sauce doesn’t become to thick and unable to cook bones. Stir often to prevent burning at the bottom of sauce pan.
5. Meal will be ready once meat is tender and falls off the bone, serve with your preferred pasta cooked to packed instructions.
